We’re looking for cheerful, dependable volunteers to help in these key areas:

• Decorations: Help deck out Downtown Georgetown with hometown decor during set up/breakdown.
• Parking Lots: Help guests navigate parking and provide directions.
• Whoo Hair Zone: Assist with the whimsical hair-spray station and keep supplies organized for our festive little Whoos!
• Obstacle Course: Help manage the course area, cheer on participants, and ensure safety and fun for all ages.
• Floaters / Vendor Load-In & Load-Out: Support vendors during setup/teardown, keeping the process efficient and friendly.
• Parade Team: Assist with lineup, staging, and crowd guidance for our Parade on Saturday morning.
• Hospitality Team: Welcome and assist our event sponsors, entertainers, and special guests with refreshments and check-in.
• DGA Info & Volunteer Booth: Greet guests, answer questions, and check in volunteers.
• Info Hub Volunteer Application: Serve as the "go-to" resource for attendees answering questions & providing directions.
• Stage and Back Stage Access Team: Help keep our entertainment areas organized, safe, and running smoothly.
• Photography Volunteers: Calling all amateur photographers to help capture Stroll memories.
